Teaghlach Ranch exists to give foster, adoptive, and kinship families a place to rest, recharge, and reconnect. REVERB is our annual fundraising gala that helps make these restorative experiences possible for families throughout Texas and beyond. Volunteers are essential to the success of this event. From setup and guest check-in to auction support and event flow, your time and presence directly contribute to a welcoming and meaningful evening for our community. After signing up, our team will reach out with your assignment, shift time, and all event-day details. Thank you for considering volunteering with us — your service makes a real difference.

Event Setup Crew (Shift 1 — 11:00 AM–1:30 PM)
Free (1 Attendee)
Support the core setup team as we prepare the venue for REVERB 2026. Tasks include unloading event materials, arranging tables and chairs, placing signage, staging auction areas, organizing the check-in space, and assisting with sponsor and décor elements
Event Setup Crew (Shift 2 — 1:30 PM–4:00 PM)
Free (1 Attendee)
Assist with the second phase of event setup including centerpiece placement, silent auction layout, sponsor signage, VIP area prep, check-in station finishing touches, and final décor staging. Light lifting may be required.
Check-In Team (5:30–7:15 PM)
Free (1 Attendee)
Assist with VIP and general guest check-in. Welcome guests, manage check-in lists, distribute paddles/programs, and direct attendees to VIP or cocktail areas. Friendly volunteers preferred. Training provided.
Cocktail Hour Greeter (6:00-7:15PM)
Free (1 Attendee)
Greet guests upon arrival, help direct them from check-in to cocktail hour spaces, assist photographers (if applicable), and help maintain smooth guest flow. You’ll be the first friendly face many guests see — perfect for outgoing volunteers.
Silent Auction Volunteer (5:45-8:00PM)
Free (1 Attendee)
Monitor silent auction tables, answer guest questions, keep displays tidy, and assist guests with mobile bidding if needed. Volunteers will help close out silent auction packages when directed. Attention to detail is helpful for this role.
Live Auction Spotter (7:45-9:00PM)
Free (1 Attendee)
Stand in designated positions during the live auction to spot and confirm bids for the auctioneer. Volunteers should be comfortable standing, paying close attention, and engaging confidently with guests. A simple on-site briefing will be provided.
Event Floater (6:00-9:30PM)
Free (1 Attendee)
Float between event areas to support wherever needed — check-in, guest flow, auction support, or program transitions. This role is great for adaptable volunteers who enjoy helping with a variety of tasks throughout the night.
Cleanup Crew (9-10:30PM)
Free (1 Attendee)
Help break down tables, signage, décor, and materials after the event. Light lifting may be required. Perfect for volunteers who can stay after the program ends and want to support the team in closing the evening smoothly.
